Unable to acquire a 3D model of a component? Need a model to create interfaces? Manufacturing drawings required for discontinued products?
AP Innovations can take an example component or assembly and dimensionally survey and reproduce it in 3D. From this 2D drawings can also be produced.

Require a mould for a new product?
Moulds can be designed for metal or plastic moulding, for pouring or injection moulding. The mould will be designed to specific material shrinkage values. Cooling and ejection methods can be included.
Product too big or too expensive to be machined from a single block?
Weldments can be designed to use standard sheet or formed metals.
Weldments can be constructed from common steels, exotic metals or even some plastics.
Post weldment machining is possible for higher precision items.
Is there an unusual item that requires lifting? Not sure how to arrange lifting equipment? Require a complex load transfer?
AP Innovations can simulate the product centre of gravity, from which a custom lifting arrangement can be modelled and full details can be forwarded to a certified lifting gear manufacturer.
Unsure if a component will take the stresses it will be put under?
Components can be put under simulated loads. Based on the results, support can be provided if the component needs redesigning or a change of material is necessary.
